After ending IraguisBa'athistregime
imposed war against Irans nation, Imam Khomeini (ABH) ashed the commanders for
the preparation of all out defense strategy. The all out defense is formed by
depending on all components of nations power. In this article, one of the most
important components of all out defense means that the human resource (countrys
population) has been studied. So the main aim of this article is to confronting
against the possible future wars. This research form the point of the kind of
the aim is praclical- development and from the point of the researching
procedure includes modification, analysis and the cases ground. The way of
collection of information is done in the library and among the people. The
participants were 25, and it is completed by the expert analysis. And it is out
put shows that the human resources of Irans population for future possible war
enjoy appropriate situation. And also by using SWOT Model inside and outside
environment, it showed one threat, 8 chances, 11 strengths and 5 weaknesses,
then the number of 11 strategy proposition as micro- strategies if the human
resources area were formed. And five topic of the desirability of strategy were
resulted by using the expect sessions. In the next steps, section- strategies
were formed by collection of micro- strategy. And then by giving priority to
the section- strategies, micro- strategies of the human resources were
proposed. The result of this research shows that by achieving the suggested
strategy, the situation of meeting the human resources inorder to get the all
out defense for the future possible war was developed, and the motivation of
people,s defense will be strengthened
