Most which western and Islamic scientists of management science believe that because human being is acting in his cultural and value base, then it is necessary that the models and theories related to Human Resource in the organization of every society must be defined according to their culture and values. In this regard, the authors, by paying attention to the importance, influence and position of Islam religion in contemporary era, have surveyed in holy Quran which is the base of Muslims beliefs, and the book of individual and social life, have tried to extract the components of Human Resource Selection according to this valuable source. The researchers have used the research method of content analysis and have surveyed holy Quran verses and two worthy commentaries of Almizan and Noor and through this survey, they have found 88 verses which are related to Human Resource Selection. Then they have achieved 100 meanings and by grouping these meanings into 42 groups and dividing them to three main branches, including: strategic direction, the main principles, and (deprival and demanding) criterions of selection, have offered the strategic components of Human Resorurce Selection according to holy Quran.
