Agility is ability of an organization to grow and survive in a competitive environment which its changes are constantly and unpredictable that it has been required a quick response. Innovation and creativity in responding military organizations to changes in their operating environment play a very important role. In every organization, there is a degree of creativity and innovation. How to measure the amount of innovation and creativity in military organizations requires indices that can be used to measure the amount of innovation and creativity. This article is an applied research entitles creativity and innovation in agility of military organizations that have been carried out by Case-background method. The goal of this research is to find indicators of innovation and creativity in agility of the military organizations that by answering the following question seek to achieve it: What are the indicators of creativity and innovation in military organizations? The method of collecting information is a combined approach including Field research and library method. The number of research population is 750 people that 118 people have been selected randomly by Stratified random sampling method as the sample with sending questionnaire to military organization. The Cronbach's alpha has been used for checking stability KMO and Bartlett's test method has been used to verify the adequacy of the sample. After analysis of the findings with Factor analysis (heuristic) method, the indicators of creativity and innovation of agility of the military organizations has earned the following: Organizational factors: competition, organic structure, team working - Culture of Innovation
