The World is a smart system and getting smarter as time goes on. In future, the spectrum of Challenges to be highly intelligent and formidable whole. In the field of defense, Lack of understanding of the new challenges, causing lack of strategic fit between defense and intelligence challenges now and in the future. Hence, the main problem is that "the system of defensive requires the recognition of smart defense approaches that in addition to the ability to face the challenges of smart, also overtaken enemies." This study, "The achievement of theory has the ability to interpret intelligence, defense against intelligent challenges to be whole.
