A crisis is a sudden and extraordinary event that can inflict significant damage on multiple sectors of society. Accordingly, the establishment of an integrated logistics management system for responding to crises and minimizing the associated losses and costs is of paramount importance. This study aims to develop a resilience model for the pharmaceutical supply chain of the Armed Forces under crisis conditions by identifying the dimensions and components of pharmaceutical and medical equipment logistics management through a resilience-oriented perspective. The research is applied in nature and employs a descriptive mixed-methods design. Data were collected through both field and documentary methods using semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and documentary sources. Based on the results of inductive content analysis and the coding of interview transcripts, a total of 30 conceptual codes were identified. In the second phase, quantitative data were collected to consolidate these conceptual codes into higher-order categories and to prioritize the identified variables from the participants' perspectives. The findings classified the extracted concepts into four principal dimensions: causal conditions, intervening conditions, contextual conditions, and strategies. Ultimately, the proposed pharmaceutical supply chain resilience model within the logistics management framework comprised seven key dimensions, ranked respectively as planning, distribution, procurement, inventory management, transportation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
