The development of the field of cultural influence and the optimal use of all geographical components to create convergence with other countries is possible only through scientific research and accurate identification of geographical elements. Since the existence of culture is one of the geographical components that quickly acquires a political meaning and political actors use it as a tool to exert power and pressure on their competitors, it is a good indication of the fact that the geographical components whenever the political burden they will find different positive and negative reactions that lead to convergence or divergence in geographical areas and provide a suitable basis for exercising the power of the geographical territory. A. What is Iran in the South Caucasus region? In this research, descriptive-analytical research methods with mixed approaches and applied-developmental research types. In order to analyze and analyze the collected data while sampling from library studies, by using the methods of documentary analysis and elite analysis, the main factors affecting the strategy of improving the geoculture position of Iran in the South Caucasus region were extracted, and the main objectives were determined, and then the roles of the four factors (Weakness, strength, opportunity and threat) have been confirmed by the expert community and prioritized through the S.W.O.T strategy extraction technique and the quantitative matrix method of strategic planning, which is equal to the results of the research on the development of civilizational-cultural values in the South Caucasus region as a strategy to improve the position of geoculture Iran is in the South Caucasus region
