Development of Full-inclusive Defense Military Strategies against the Probable Future War

Abstract

However not duly considered by scientific studies, full-inclusive defense is nowadays reminded as one of the most effective methods against belligerent all-rounded threats. Accordingly, this paper aims at exploiting all capacities, reserves and plans in order to develop the military strategies for full-inclusive defense against the probable future war. This study is conducted combination ally upon descriptive-analytical method and compatibility in such a way that it recognizes and classifies all environmental effective factors in the wars of dawn Islam, those in the 8-year sacred defense and those in the recent 5 years in West Asia as well as the factors affecting the military sphere from the viewpoints of Imam Khomeini (ra) and Imam Khamenei (ph). Following, it analyses the factors  through the data coming out of field surveys and expert meetings in regard with the strategic position, high legal documents and the principal military documents; then, it firstly develops and prioritizes the micro strategic propositions and secondly the macro ones of full-inclusive defense in military sphere.  In the final stage, the study gathers the macro strategies in conjunction with the general favorites and develops 4 concluded strategies for the military sector of full-inclusive defense as:
1- mobilization of national and trans-national resources and facilities; 2- mass defense (20-million army); 3- promotion of a flexible and expansive defense military structure; 4- access to reliable passive defense.
