Abstract
Human capital is the specific factors of employees and related to their work, some of its constituent elements include employee specialized knowledge, employee related knowledge, work related competence, creativity and innovation ability, level of entrepreneurship and professional qualification. On the other hand, human capital management aligns and accompanies employees in order to ensure employee satisfaction and achieve the organization's macro goals. The aim of the research was to identify organizational factors effective in human capital management of a military organization. Addressing this issue will lead to the discovery of new methods of human capital management based on increasing the quality of human capital management, efficiency and productivity, and special attention to the knowledge and creativity of employees of a military organization. On the other hand, neglecting it will lead to a decrease in the quality of human capital, efficiency and capability of employees of a military organization. The research is an applied descriptive-analytical study with a mixed approach in terms of its purpose and method, which was conducted using a survey method and an expert roundtable. In order to achieve the research goal, it was conducted by reviewing the research literature, interviewing experts with management experience in the field of human capital and the level of Strategically, the most important organizational factors, including strengths and weaknesses affecting human capital management, were identified through a questionnaire. The statistical population of 64 people was full-scale and purposeful, and validity was calculated with Cronbach's alpha and reliability with the Lavesche coefficient. After obtaining the opinions of experts and analyzing the data and descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software, the research question was summarized. Finally, using the Friedman test, the organizational factors affecting human capital management were identified and prioritized in the form of strengths and weaknesses.
