Empower employees to explain the role of management in the armed forces

Abstract

Today, rapid change, complexity and uncertainty has increased and in such circumstances is not Charhsaz using old paradigms. Therefore, in this study attempted to determine the factors management including the creation of work teams, staff participation in decision-making and provide information to individuals, a new approach, a set of concepts to deal with these complex cases considered will be used. The armed forces will be on environmental factors to provide an environment where the employees are encouraged to learn and develop their skills and knowledge. Accordingly, this article aims to explain the role of management in the armed forces has been prepared empowerment. The research methodology underlying the approach is mixed. In an effort to achieve the research objectives of qualitative and quantitative data analysis and hypothesis testing using the chi-square test 2 software Spss, is used. The results indicate that empowerment in the armed forces, creates an environment in which employees can be motivated, committed and worked more self-confidence and in the process of changing and improving your organization play a more effective role. In the end, some suggestions are presented.
