A Strategic Pattern in the Field of Social Security, Based on Practices of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

Considering the fact that every society`s human resources are the main factor of economic, social and national production, it would be obvious that developing social security services in areas such as retirement, disability, survivors, unemployment, work related accidents, treatment and other support services which secure the human resources and also by rendering  proper theoretical and strategic patterns based on various interviews with elites, professors and experts in this field, make possible dynamic participation in the sustainable development of the country human resources. In present qualitative research concerning Social Security based on grounded theory, Sampling done gradually and the process of data collection to theorize the issue conducted based on interviews with 28 of elites, professors and experts in this field. Actually obtained data, collected, coded and analyzed in order to establish final theory. The process of data gathering controlled while creating theory and theoretical saturation judged when to stop sampling. Finally according to the results of the grounded theory, a theoretical model in order to achieve an efficient social security system and based on the Islamic Republic of Iran`s experiences provided in which the central concept determined as " social justice characterized by Imam."
