Study of effective factors on decreasing of Pilots & Technical personnels’ Motivation of Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force

Abstract

High speed always has direct relation with contingency. Since the air force has expensive equipment, armaments and installation, air accident incidence, enter irrepable strokes ti this force.
One of the most important reasen of horrible accidents’ increasing, is decreasing of nonsensible factors of combat power the same as, motivation, moral, training and discipline of pilots and technical personnels. Therefor the present investigation is intended to answer this main question » What are the effection factors on decreasing of Islamic Republic of IRAN air force’s pilots and technical personels’ motivation?
Base on product, this is an applied type of research which has been carried out by descriptive analytic measurement type. After studing of theoretical views about motivation and its effect on air contingency, its dimensions and factors are recognized and to determine of factors’ effects, questionnaire in statistical society was composed.
Ststisical society in this research are, airal student in 1392 – 93 years of  supreme national defence university and staff and command college in number of 100 person, that by use of Kokran formula, 25 persons as a bulk sample are determined.
Information and data were collected by library and field methods and by use of questionnairs index and also note means. Research’s datas were analysied by use of descriptive statics and qualitative analytic.
