Designing an empowerment model for top managers of the Ministry of Energy

Abstract

The following research has been designed in order to propose a specific pattern of empowerment of high rank managers of the ministry of power and to assess the current and favourable pattern throughout the society undergoing the current research.
The following research is of the survey type, because the data has been compiled with the aid of a questionnaire tool.
Time-wise; the compiled data of the present research is a perid of 12 months commencing from September 2015.
Secondary data of the research consists of literature and scientific contents and published documents needed in the library method, primary data were collected in correlation with components and indexes of strategic models of empowerment of the ministry managers. In the library method, the note taking tool and in the field method, questionnaire and interview tool was practiced. Throughout the interview stage, a total of 30 experts were considered with the target judgement method for all,and in the assessment stage the conceptul method and explanation of model components were kept in mind, then with the use of the Morgan table a number of 217 heads were selected as the sample scope.
In stage one, after studying the refrences and compiling the scientific texts needed for the subject of empowerment, with the aid of context analysis, index and components were explained which after 21 of the experts answers to the questions about confirming or disapproving the dimentions and components were  assembled with the art of analysis.
In stage two which the researcher is following the correlation of different fragments of the empowerment model(empirical model), gained data through two different questionnaires which analyzed the index in two available and favourable conditions, were analyzed through the use of Lized software and spss and with aid from analsis techniques like structural equations and  the t test with two models and dependant models, correlation factor, regression of two and multivariates were decomposed and analyzed and finally the empirical model was confirmed and extracted. The findings on the research demonstrate that the society being researched, based on all the multivariate models is far from reaching the desired level or condition. Other research results have been stated in detail all the way through chapter four.
