On the other hand, reviewing the success of the policy in Iran can correct the public space in developing countries. This essay first explores the literature on the success of policy, and describes the factors enumerated by scientists for the reasons for the success of the policy. But due to the fundamental differences between scientists' views, this study is looking for a new window on the success of policy making. This window examines how successful. Hence, the story of how successful two policies in Iran were studied. These successful policies include defense and nuclear industries.
