The role of mobilizing national resources in future wars

Abstract

Under the threat conditions of the enemies and the occurrence of the war, the mobilization of national resources varies depending on the internal and external conditions, and depending on the nature and nature of the threats ahead, and can play different roles.
The study was conducted with the aim of "achieving the role of mobilizing national resources in the upcoming wars."
The method of research in this study is of the type of guidance and in terms of its function, applicability and development. According to the mixed method, library and documentary studies, the collected data is quantitatively analyzed and its results are used in descriptive (qualitative) method. Is located.   According to the research findings, the most important features of the upcoming wars that need to address the issue of mobilizing national resources are:"Transformation in the collection, exchange and processing of information," "knowledge and technology-centeredness," "the growing importance of command and control in the future war" and "coalition", and, on the other hand, the most important functions of mobilizing national resources that have a significant effect on the outcome. Future wars will be "deterrence", "providing a variety of responses through the creation of necessary capacities" and "better and more efficient use of resources."   The mobilization of national resources can provide unparalleled capacity for leaders and commanders to rely first on deterrence and, secondly, in the event of a war, change the fate of the battle for the benefit of the front.
