Abstract
Human resources are the valuable assets of any organization and the achievement of the goals of any organization depends on the proper management of these valuable resources. A set of factors and values governing the organization are effective on the productivity of human capital. Based on this, the main goal of the research is to identify the most important factors affecting the productivity of human capital of military organizations and to prioritize them using multi-criteria decision-making methods. In this research, first, 44 criteria in the form of seven factors "managerial, economic, cultural, social, research and development, Individual, physical and work space characteristics were identified. In order to determine and identify the effective criteria, questionnaire number one was prepared and distributed to a number of experts and experts of the organization to score the above criteria, and finally 18 criteria that have the highest importance were identified and a number of criteria were removed from the process. Then, the selected criteria were compared using pairwise comparison tables (questionnaire number two) and questionnaire number three, and the data obtained from these tables were used as the basis of AHP, TOPSIS and SAW methods in order to prioritize and The ranking of the best criteria was placed. Finally, in order to reach a general consensus and prioritization and ranking of the criteria, integration methods including mean, Berda and Copeland methods were used. The findings of the research show that the seven main factors in the order of priority "command and management, economic, cultural, social, research and development, individual characteristics, and work environment" along with the criteria of each of the mentioned factors (generally 18 criterion) are effective in improving the productivity of human capital of military organizations..
