Designing a transformational model of training and education in terms of professors and trainers based on the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's (Mudzaleh Al-Aali) menus in a military university

Abstract

One of the main and most valuable pillars of universities are their professors and trainers. The duties envisaged for a university professor include teaching, research, management, personal development and civic activities. Each member of the university may participate in one or more activities according to his capabilities, capabilities, personal interests, conditions and needs, but one of his main duties is teaching and training students and research, the quality of which is to improve Motivation, vitality, innovation and increasing the efficiency of professors and students have a significant effect.
The purpose of this research is to investigate and specify the dimensions, components and indicators of the transformation model of professors and trainers in a military university and to identify the relationships between them based on the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's menu.
  This research is of an applied type and has a combined approach (qualitative and quantitative) and since this article seeks to draw a model based on the menu of the highest position of leadership (Hafza Allah); Therefore, it was analyzed by foundation data method with Maxqda software and survey method with questionnaire tool and SPSS and Excel software. Therefore, according to the results of the research, the main components along with their characteristics in the dimension of professors and trainers include:1-change-seeking;2-Religious education;3-commitment and role;4- The view of the university and 5-The goals and expectations of the classification and the relationships between them were calculated and finally, a comprehensive transformation model was drawn from the statements of the Supreme Leader and analyzed and evaluated using quantitative software.
