The present study aimed to "designing an suitable model evaluating the performance of commanders and top managers Corps based on the approach of Alavi" to answer the question that "what is model evaluating the performance of commanders and top managers Corps based on the approach of Alavi?" To identify dimensions, elements and indicators of the model, using qualitative research and grounded theory approach, the text of 51 sermon and letter of Nahj al balagha studied and 310 proposition to the method of grounded the open coding, axial and selective 701 themes and theoretical saturation was reached. By analyze and explain specific themes relationships with each other, the 4 dimensions, 13 components and 42 indicators of supply and research model was developed. Dimensions of this model include: belief with 4 components and 11 indicators, personality traits with 3 components and 11 indicators, Jihady management with 3 components and 10 indicators, and knowledge and skills is a 3 components and 10 indicators. سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی برای ارزیابی عملکرد و شایستگی‌های فرماندهان و مدیران نیاز به الگویی دارد که متناسب با آن و دارای ویژگی‎ها و خصوصیات برآمده از قرآن، اسلام، انقلاب و ارزش‎های بومی جامعه اسلامی ایران ‎باشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف «طراحی الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد فرماندهان و مدیران عالی سپاه با رویکرد علوی» به این سوال پاسخ می‎دهد که «الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد فرماندهان و مدیران عالی سپاه منطبق با رویکرد علوی چه می‎باشد». برای شناسایی ابعاد، مؤلفه‎ها و شاخص‎های این الگو، با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی و راهبرد نظریه‌پردازی داده‎بنیاد، متن 51 نامه و خطبه نهج‎البلاغه در قالب 310 گزاره مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت و براساس مراحل روش داده‌بنیاد یعنی کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی 701 مضمون استخراج و اشباع نظری حاصل شد. با تحلیل و تبیین روابط مضمون‌های مشخص شده با یکدیگر، چهار بعد، 13 مؤلفه و 42 شاخص عرضه و الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد تدوین گردید. ابعاد الگو شامل: اعتقادی با 4 مؤلفه و 11 شاخص، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با 3 مؤلفه و 11 شاخص، مدیریت جهادی با 3 مؤلفه و 10 شاخص، و دانشی و مهارتی با 3 مؤلفه و 10 شاخص می‌باشد. https://sds.sndu.ac.ir/article_744_e9f8e52417141fc58c906e4c3b1d8376.pdf
